Actually, there are a couple of basic things that will allow you to
use the non-human way of getting off SORBS. They all involve the
DNS for your IP number.
1. If you have a real static IP address, get your ISP to provide a
real host name in the rDNS. This should be a simple phone call.
Even cable companies will do this. You may have to be firm with
your provider.
2. Make sure that the TTL on your rDNS is at least 86400 seconds.
3. Verify that the PTR and A record agree, such that you can take
the IP address, get the host name, and get the *same* IP address again.
Then use the automatic de-list capability on the SORBS Web page.
